Fayetteville Means Fun For All

Summit Property Management offers a large variety of condos, townhomes, duplexes, and apartments in prime locations across Fayetteville. Here is a list of all our Fayetteville properties.

It is a wonderful place to call home and part of its charm comes from all the events and activities one can experience. Fayetteville is a dynamic community with so much going on year round. We’ll list a few here (just to pique your interest) but rest assured there are many, many more.

All over the United States, the popularity of the craft beer movement is growing.  In 2013, the Fayetteville Ale Trail was founded. This is Arkansas’ first craft beer tasting adventure featuring all local breweries and the state’s only cidery. The self-guided tour lets guests experience local breweries while learning from the brewmasters about their craft.

The Fayetteville Ale Trail features 11 stops including: Apple Blossom Brewing Co., Bentonville Brewing Co., Bike Rack Brewing Co., Columbus House Brewery., Core Brewing & Distilling Co., Fossil Cove Brewing Co., New Province Brewing Co., Ozark Beer Co., Saddlebock Brewery and West Mountain Brewing Co. and Black Apple Crossing. It is an incredible experience for both new brew novices or beer enthusiasts. For more information about the Fayetteville Ale Trail, visit www.fayettevillealetrail.com.

First Thursday is a seasonal event produced by Experience Fayetteville in Town Center that, yes, you got it, happens on the first Thursday of the warmer months. This family-friendly event features so much fun in the form of  live music, delicious food, and incredible art. The first one this season will be on May 4th and this year will also bring something new. First Thursday will include three large, themed festivals in the months of June, August and October so stay tuned!

George’s Majestic is named among the 100 Greatest Venues in America, opening  in 1927. At ninety years old that makes it Arkansas’s oldest and longest running music venue. Here’s a fun fact: George’s was the first bar in Northwest Arkansas to offer color television! Some of the best regional and national acts have played at George’s Majestic including Derek Trucks, Sam Bush, and Eddie Money. If only those walls could talk (or sing!) If you haven’t yet been, you simply must go see this iconic club for yourself.

Visit Fayetteville and see what all the buzz is about. And if you hope to make it your home, remember Summit is always here to help serve as your Property Management experts.
