Live and Play with Your Fur Babies
Some of our closest relationships are with our pets. They are our best friends, our constant companions, our fur babies. Summit Property Management of Northwest Arkansas knows the importance of this bond to our residents and ensures its properties are pet friendly for two animals under 25 pounds each. And please remember: responsible pet ownership is key to the happiness of any community! At Summit we will fine residents who are not keeping up with their pets.
Students at the University of Arkansas have found the apartments at Pleasant Woods to be a convenient location for access to the campus and opportunitues for outdoor leisure. Pleasant Woods has lots of great amenities and the Lewis Soccer Complex just across the street is the perfect place to take your pup. Dogs must remain leashed and their waste must be picked up and disposed of in designated receptacles.
Pleasant Woods is also close to Lake Wilson. Lake Wilson is an off-leash dog park on 320 beautiful acres. This dog park is known for being clean, well-mowed, with both sunny and shady places for dogs (and their people) to stretch their legs and play!
Another convenient Fayetteville dog park is within Bryce Davis Park. Procter and Gamble donated $30,000 to help build the IAMS Dog Park, located at 1595 N. Dartmouth Avenue. This facility does not permit aggressive dogs and has separate spaces for smaller breeds and puppies. They also insist that dogs always be supervised by their owners and even provide supplies so waste is picked up and disposed of properly.
